Comes with 2 lenses; 3 diopter (1¾ power) @ 14” working distance AND 4 diopter (2 power) 12” working distance lenses.

Light includes a 120v 60Hz U.S. transformer with 11' cord.

Lightweight (4.96 ounce) Magnifying Halogen Headlight features a brilliantly illuminated crystal clear field of view, unblocked peripheral vision and elevation adjustable magnifier.

• The Model 496 features performance and quality that surpass headlights costing substantially more. It will improve efficiency and accuracy through proper illumination. And it's perfect for routine examinations and in-office minor surgery.

• Very comfortable soft, durable foam silicone rubber forehead cushion pad
• Easily cleaned, simply wash with disinfectant soap such as DIAL, rinse, and dry
• Light-Tech headlights have limited warranty for one year against defects in material and workmanship
