 I have been using a headlamp since 1969.  The first one I had was a Cameron Miller that had to be plugged into a transformer.  This  worked well during my military career, as we  worked out of one  treatment room.  
I have been using Light-Tech’s headlights for the past 18 years.  The battery pack clipped on my belt was an efficient way to go  when working multiple rooms.  The on and off switch conveniently  located so you could use your elbow to turn it on or off.
I called the company a couple months ago to order a couple of new battery pack, and asked it they had developed a longer lasting battery  pack.  The answer was refreshing....they had a new battery pack and a new LED headlight.   I ordered it and it’s awesome.   I can now go all day long on one charge.   And leaving it on the charger over the weekend is not a problem.  Am I please with the Light-Tech light???   You Bet! !   I would recommend it to any one who is tired of working in the dark shadowy sanctum of the oral cavity.

My name is Dr. Tony Cava and I have been practicing dentistry in Salinas, California for over 25 years.    I am also on the Board of Directors for International Health Emissaries based in Monterey, California.
International Health Emissaries has been doing dental missions to foreign countries, mainly South America, for about 20 years.  We normally take small light units with us on the missions.  This means extra luggage/ equipment for us to carry and sometimes we are charged extra on remote flights.   Recently we have incorporated 4 headlight units from Light-Tech into our equipment.   They have proven very sturdy and reliable while greatly decreasing the amount of equipment we need to take.   The lights have been used in Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Cambodia and Guatemala and have received very high praises from all of our participating dentists and assistants.
The units can be battery operated or plugged in directly to a electrical source.   It is very convenient for us that the units can be operated with 110v or 220v.   Also, the batteries charge very quickly and we never have a problem with power supply.   The units are very cool around the head which is very significant in some of the tropical areas that we visit.
The people at Light-Tech have been very helpful in determining the best lights for our needs.   They have also been very timely.    The units are very reasonably priced for the quality of the product and the company.

My new headlight is far superior from the old model, as I do not use lamps any more. I do not strain my eyes at all as the light is very bright without shadow.
I have been using your headlights since 1992 after my retirement as I developed a hobby of needlepoint pieces and I just completed my 508th piece. Many of them I give to charities where they auction my work to collect funds.
